Directions: Boil macaroni as stated on box - 10-12 minutes. Do not overcook. Mix egg, ricota, parsley, basil, salt & pepper until smooth. Add mozarella and parmesan cheese. Mix. Drain macaroni - Add cheese mixture to ziti and stir. Add some sauce to color it. Place some sauce in bottom of 9x12 pan, then add ziti mixture - top with sauce, top with extra mozarella & parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° uncovered for 35-40 minutes. Can be frozen.
