Directions: Heat oven to 375F degrees. If desired, rub potatoes with shortening or wrap in
foil. Bake at 375F degrees for about 1 hour or until tender. Cut a slice from top
of each potato; carefully scoop out potato pulp into large bowl. Add sour cream,
margarine, salt, mustard and pepper; beat until smooth and fluffy. Stir in pimentos.
Spoon mixture into potato shells. Place in ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Bake an
additional 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

fork. Cut each lengthwise; scoop out centers. Place potato centers in fry
pan with butter, scallions, cashews, tomato, bell pepper, and garlic. Saute
10 minutes. Restuf Lemon-chive potatoes Heat 1 inch salted water to boiling. Add potatoes. Cover and return to a
boil. Cook until tender, 20 to 25 minutes; drain and keep warm.
Heat remaining ingredients just to a boil. Put warm potatoes into a
serving dish; pour lemon butter over potat Mashed baked potatoes Difficulty: Easy

4 cups frozen hash browns
1 (7.6-ounce) package butter and herb mashed potato mix
1 stick butter, softened
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese Smashed potatoes with truffle emulsion For the emulsion: In a saute pan, heat the olive oil. When the pan is
smoking hot, saute the portobello, shallots, garlic, and tomatoes, for 2 to
3 minutes. Add the veal reduction. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until the
mixture is almost dry. Seas Tofu stuffed shells Finely chop onion. Mince garlic. Drain tomatoes and reserve juice. Coarsely chop tomatoes.
In a 12-inch skillet cook onion and garlic in oil over moderate heat until softened. Add tomatoes and reserved juice and cook over moderate heat, stirring occasiona Rice stuffed artichokes Cut off stems and loose outer leaves from artichoke. Cut of 1-inch from

serving-size pieces, if necessary. Arrange fish in a 2-quart rectangular
