Directions: 1. Heat oven to 350?F. Mix mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Stir in artichokes, spinach and bell pepper.
2. Spoon mixture into 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.
3. Cover and bake about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm with baguette slices.

in a large skillet until the meat is brown. Drain off the excess fat.

1 T butter
1 rounded Creamy baked chicken breasts Arrange split, skinned and boned chicken breasts in a lightly greased 13x9
inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine; stir
well. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken and sprinkle with crushed stuffing
mix. Drizzle butter over stuffing. If Baked eggs and sausage breakfast/brunch casserole Combine eggs and milk. Add cheese, bread, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, pork sausage. Mix well. Pour into 9" x 13" pan, greased. Cover and let refrigerate overnight.
