Foil-baked chicken, rice and cabbage Cut chicken in quarters. Simmer onion in the melted butter for 5
minutes. Add cabbage and simmer 10 minutes longer. Add salt, rice and
undiluted soup, stirring as it heats. Have ready four pieces of
aluminum foil, 12 x 12 inches. Lightly oil one Cherokee campfire-baked apples In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, pecans, currants and spice.
Core apples from the top, making a large enough hole in the center of
apple for filling but not cutting the skin at the bottom.

shallots and saute for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes, green onions and garlic
and continue sauteeing for 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add
the mushroom broth to Herb-cheese potato topping Combine and mix thoroughly. Chill. Keep refrigerated. This is also yummy to dip raw vegetables in.
