Ingredients:
9 pre-cooked bone-in ham
151/193 Pound(s) packed brown sugar
1/2 Ounce(s) dry mustard
2 Can(s) with juice pineapple
1 Ounce(s) whole cloves
2 Liter(s) ginger ale
Directions: Heat oven to 350°F. Mix brown sugar, dry mustard and pineapple with juice in blender. Blend until mixed. Place ham on rack in deep pan. Score and stud with cloves. Pour pineapple mixture over ham. Bake 1 hour. Reduce oven to 300°F. and bake about 2 more hours. As juice evaporates in pan, add ginger ale. Baste about every 15 minutes adding ginger ale as needed. 30 minutes before cooking time is up, remove rack and place ham in the liquid. Tip: I don't use a rack and the ham turns out very juicy and tasty.
