Baked Eggs with Spring Onion and Cream



Ingredients:
1 unsalted butter
1/4 salt
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter two 16oz ramekins. Add two tablespoons of sliced spring onion into each ramekin. Then sprinkle half the bacon and divide it evenly into each ramekin. Half the bacon should remain. Pour one tablespoon of cream over each spring onion and bacon filled ramekin. Cracked two eggs into each ramekin and season them with salt and pepper. divide the remaining bacon and sprinkled it on. Finally put two tablespoons of finely grated cheese on top of each. Place the ramekins onto the preheated oven and allow to cook for 7 minutes. The increase the heat to 425 and cook until the cheese is slightly brown on top, about 5 more minutes. Serve hot.
