Directions: #1 Heat oven to 325'F #2 In large bowl combine 1/4 cup flour and beef to coat evenly. Heat oil in ovenproof dutchoven over medium high heat. Add beef and stir until browned. Add remaining ingredients except water and 1 Tbsp flour. Cover. #3 Bake at 325'F for 1.5 hour until beef is fork tender. #4 In small bowl combine 1 Tbsp flour and water, stirring until smooth. Add to stew, stir gently to mix. Bake an additional 30 minutes until thickened.
