Directions: Combine salt and pepper in a bag. Add meat a few at a time and shake until thoroughly coated. Place meat in bottom of casserole dish (9 x 13) and cover with onions. Mix together ketchup, worcestershire sauce, and vinegar. Pour over meat. Cover and bake in 325 F oven 3 hours or until tender.
