Strawberry - banana salad Place the gelatins in a blender. Turn blender on low speed and slowly add boiling water. Blend until dissolved. Turn blender up to medium speed and slowly add the strawberries. Blend until smooth. Turn off the blender and add the remaining ingredients. B Tuna and avocado salad Peel eggs and mash real well with a regular dinner fork (more
or less mince them). Peel avocado and squeeze 1/2 lemon on
it to keep from discoloring. Then mash real well with fork.
Mix these two ingredients real well. Drain water from tuna
and mix with Cherry cola salad - diet Place cherries in small bowl; sprinkle with Equal. In saucepan, dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Remove from heat and transfer gelatin to large mixing bowl. Allow to cool for 30 minutes to 1 hour until it begins to congeal. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
Saute chicken in oil after marinating in soy sauce. Drain and chill 4

to let flavors to blend. Scrub potatoes well and cut into 1-1 1/2" pieces.

Cut the cheese into about
3/4-inch cubes and deep fry a few pieces at a time in oil (a wok is good
for this).
Fry the chopped onions in the ghee. When almost brown, add the

dissolve gelatin. Chill until it becomes the consistency of egg white.

Aduki, orzo and pepper salad Mix the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper, garnish with
cheese.
Al's shrimp and crab pasta salad Cook the pasta using package directions. Drain and rinse with
cold water, set aside. Combine the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, cumin,
garlic, sugar, salt, pepper sauce and curry sauce in a small bowl. Whisk

Antipasto salad bowl Place lettuce in a large salad bowl, add green beans, zucchini, salami,
green pepper and olives. Drizzle salad dressing over and toss to blend;
sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss again.
Tex-mex salad Toss onion, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese with Italian dressing; set aside.
Brown meat; add drained beans and vegetable seasoning; simmer 10 minutes.
Mix with cold salad. Toss in crushed tortilla chips and avocado slices.
Garnish with olives, if desired.
Fresh broccoli salad Combine salad ingredients in bowl. Mix dressing ingredients (sugar, mayo and vinegar) and add to broccoli mixture.
Tuna and potato salad Blanch the defrosted green beans for 2 minutes in boiling water.
Drain and plunge in cold water. Drain.
Place the cooked potatoes, beans and tuna in a salad bowl. Mix the
anchovies and pesto with the mayonnaise and pour onto the salad. Add
Arugula salad In a wooden salad bowl, rub garlic and salt onto the bowl to season it. Combine
vinegar, mustard and olive oil; stir. Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces, along with
arugula. Add mushrooms and slices of red pepper. Toss well and serve.
Mana's spinach ricotta roll Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Cook or thaw spinach and squeeze dry.
Season with a little salt and pepper; set aside.
Mix ricotta cheese with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley; set
aside.
