1/2 drained corn
1 Ounce(s) black pepper
1 Ounce(s) salt
1/2 poultry seasoning
12 Ounce(s) chicken broth
2 Pound(s) boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 diced onion
2 peeled and cubed baking potato
4 Slice(s) bacon
1 1/2 half and half
160/409 Pound(s) bisquick
1/8 Quart(s) milk
Directions: Place bacon in a deep skillet and cook over medium heat. Crumble and set aside bacon and leave drippings. Cook potatoes, onion, and chicken in drippings. Cook for fifteen minutes, stirring occassionally. Pour in broth and seasonings and corn. Simmer for 15 minutes. Pour in half and half until boiling. Add cooked and crumbled bacon. In medium bowl, combine bisquick and milk. Mix well. Drop tablespoon globs of dough into boiling mixture; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes uncovered and then 10 more covered. Do not stir to keep dumplings whole.
