Bacon-spinach salad Cook bacon in 12-inch skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally, until
crisp. Stir in vinegar. Heat through, remove from heat.

Another tuna casserole Combine everything in a casserole dish. Reserve some of the chow mein
noodles for the topping. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Top with
remaining noodles and return to oven for 5 min.
Canadian bacon 1. Arrange bacon slices in a single layer on a paper-towel-lined double paper plate.
2. Heat, covered loosely with wax paper or paper toweling in Microwave Oven 6 minutes or until the edge of the meat begins to sizzle and bacon is well heated.

1-pot vegetable bean casserole In nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat; cook garlic, onions
and carrots, covered, for about 10 minutes or until softened. Stir in
vinegar, rosemary, pepper and hot pepper flakes; cook, covered, for about
15 minutes or until onions a Ham and egg casserole Remove crust and butter one side of the bread. Layer 9x13 inch pan with
1/2 of the bread. (Cut to fit pan, buttered side down) Sprinkle ham,
cheese then bell pepper over the bread. Layer the rest of the pan with
bread, buttered side down. Bea Summer corn chowder with bacon Saut bacon in large pot over medium-high heat until crisp and brown. Using
slotted spoon, transfer bacon to paper towels to drain.
Add corn, fennel, zucchini, and potatoes to drippings in pot; saut 5
minutes. Add 3 cups broth and simmer uncovered over med Butter beans and bacon Dice and brown bacon. Remove bacon. Dice onion and brown in some of the
fat. Add beans. Add salt, pepper and butter. Add milk and bacon and cook
until somewhat thickened. Crumble bacon over beans. Delicious served with

Sesame-cheese casserole bread Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole; sprinkle sesame seed
evenly on bottom and side. Beat egg in large mixer bowl on low speed. Beat
in remaining ingredients on medium speed 30 seconds. Pour into casserole.

2. In a large bowl, combine soup and broth until smooth. Add the mushrooms, onion, rice, seasoning and chicken mixture.

Confetti potato casserole Combine potatoes and water in a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and microwave at
HIGH power 8 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring after 4 minutes. Drain; add
butter, stirring until butter melts. Add onion, bell pepper, pimiento, salt, Skewered mozzarella with canadian bacon Note: You'll need four skewers approximately 10-12 in. long. Also
the french bread should be the long and narrow kind cut into 1/2
inch slices. The raw tomato is also cut into 1/2 inch slices. The cans
of tomato sauce are 8 oz.
You'll need 28 p Scrambled egg casserole In a large frying pan cook ham and onions in 3 T. butter until onions are tender but not browned.
Add eggs and scramble until just set.
In a sauce pan, melt 2 T. butter; blend in 2 T. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and a dash of pepper.
Slowly add 2 cups of milk; c Diabetic rice and cheese casserole Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a casserole dish coated
with nonstick vegetable spray. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 15-20
minutes. Serves 6.
Mashed potato casserole In a bowl, stir together cream cheese, garlic salt, pepper, and sour cream
until smooth; set aside. Peel and quarter potatoes; boil in salted water
until tender. Drain.
Using an electric mixer or a potato masher, beat hot potatoes until
they 10 can chicken casserole Mix all ingredients, except the onion rings, together. Put into a 3 quart
casserole; top with onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly,
approximately 30 minutes.
Potato skins with cheese and bacon Bake potatoes at 425F for 1 hour or until done. Cool slightly. Cut each
potato in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving 1/4 inch thick shell.
Reserve pulp for another use. Place potato shells on a baking sheet. Spray

salt, pepper and thyme, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until onions are

noodles are cooking, cook and stir the meat, the onion and the celery in a
large skillet until the meat is brown. Drain off the excess fat. Stir in

minutes. Turn into an oiled casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes.

Add mushrooms, salt, pimiento stuffed olives, and tuna. Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Me Cheese-ham casserole 1. Cook beans according to package directions; drain and reserve 1/2 cup liquid.
2. Melt butter in a 2-quart saucepan; saute onion.
3. Stir in flour and salt until well blended.
4. Remove from heat; stir in milk and reserved 1/2 cup liquid.
