Blend with hands and shape into 20 meatballs. Arrange meatballs in 10"

garlic. Cook over low flame for about 2 minutes. Add peas, and cook for
another 2 minutes. Add nuts and raisins, cook for an a minute, then add
the rice and cook 2 minute Burgundy beef stew Trim and cut the beef into 1 inch cubes, removing as much of the heavy fat
as practical. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Gradually add the beef to
the hot oil. Over high heat, brown the beef until each piece is a rich,

2. Chop onions, pepper, and tomato; mince garlic.

This recipe was given to me by an old friend in Savannah, who told me that
it was a favorite breakfast bread on the plantations.

Cook until meat falls from bone (several hours), cool and shread meat.

Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours. (High: 3 hours).
Mushroom brunch rice Bring broth to a boil. Add other ingredients. Reduce heat and cover.
Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve.
