Directions: Separate broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; mix until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, bacon and onion.
Pour dressing over salad and toss.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings.

Over time the different flavors will blend, good immediately and even better a few hours later. Never had any left the next day, but would probably be ok.
