Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) Chopped onions
1/2 Cup(s) Chopped carrots
1/2 Cup(s) Thinly sliced celery
3 Cup(s) Sliced fresh mushrooms
5 Cup(s) Dried Thyme
1/2 Cup(s) Finely diced red onion
4 Teaspoon(s) Vegtable broth powder
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Vinegar, wine |
Directions: Put vegtables in a large soup pot with a little water
and cook for 5 min stirring frequently. Add remaining
ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover & reduce heat
