Avocado and Smoked Fish Salad



Ingredients:
1 cubed avocado
200 Ounce(s) grams, thinly sliced smoked salmon
39/2500 Quart(s) lemon juice
2 cubed potato
2 1/2 Ounce(s) sour cream
2 Package(s) dijon mustard
1 chopped shallot
163/2500 Pound(s) chopped dill
Directions: 1. Layer a dish with plastic wrap. Put the following in layers: -avocado, mixed with lemon juice -sour cream -dill -fish -shallots -potatoes Cover with the plastic wrap. Put in a fridge for 15-20min. turn upside down, serve with a slice of lemon.
