Directions: Thinly slice the potatoes, add salt, put 2-3 layers in a baking dish. Spread a layer of crumbled feta. Top with another 2-3 layers of potatoes.
Mix yogurt and eggs, beat slighly, pour over the potatoes.
Bake 30min at 250F.
