Directions: Beat blue cheese, cream cheese and egg together. Cut crust off bread and roll flat with rolling pin. Spread cheese mixture on bread along with 1 asparagus spear. Rollup and cut in thirds. Continue until completed. Then brush with melted butter. May be frozen. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Delicious!
