3 rice flour
1 Pound(s) cubed beef chuck
1/4 Cup(s) soy sauce
1/2 Cup(s) orange juice
1 small chopped onion- yellow
2 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
Directions: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the soy sauce, orange juice, and the meat. Combine to cover all the meat and let marinate for 15 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking. Add the chopped onion to the pan and sautee until tender and add the garlic and ginger. Add the meat and marinade liquid to the pan and then add the rice flour. Cook until the meat is tender and cooked through and the liquid has thickened.
