Devilish beef stew In a 3 quart suacepan, brown feef, half at a time, in melted shortening.
Sprinkle with a little salt. Add the 2 cups of water, mustard and seasoned
salt. Simmer covered for between 1 hour and 1 and one half hours or until
meat is almost tender. Ad Skillet beef burgundy Trim fat from steak. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over
medium-high heat until hot. Add steak; cook 4 minutes or until steak loses
its pink color. Remove steak from skillet; drain and Hungarian brandy beef goulash Toss beef with salt,pepper and paprika until coated.Heat shortening in large skillet or Dutch oven.Add meat;brown well over moderately hot heat.Stir in onions;cook 5 minutes.Remove from heat.Add 1/4 cup brandy; ignite.When flames die out,return to heat.St Roast beef 1. Bean & beef soup 1 x Onion
12 x Whole cloves
Soak 1 pound navy beans overnight. Cook beans, prunes, beef and
vegetables separately. Do not drain. Mix all together and simmer
until the flavors are mixed.
Enchiladas (beef) Filling:
1. Brown ground beef and drain fat as necessary. Add onion, green chili, corn, and beef broth.
2. Simmer for 10-mins or so.
Construction:
1. Place a tortilla in a hot skillet to warm (30-secs), then dip into enchilada sauce and add 3 to 4 tbl Bananas with green split peas Cook peas in enough water to cover until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
