Arugula Salad



Ingredients:
1 Clove Garlic, peeled
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
2 Tablespoon(s) Balsamic Vinegar
1 Teaspoon(s) Dijon Mustard
1/3 Cup(s) Olive Oil
2 Cup(s) Mixed Lettuce Leaves
1 Cup(s) Arugula; stems removed
1/2 Pound(s) Mushrooms; sliced
1 Sweet Red Pepper
Directions: In a wooden salad bowl, rub garlic and salt onto the bowl to season it. Combine vinegar, mustard and olive oil; stir. Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces, along with arugula. Add mushrooms and slices of red pepper. Toss well and serve.
