Brown derby cobb salad Cut finely lettuce, watercress, chicory and romaine and arrange in salad bowl. Cut tomatoes in half, remove seeds, dice finely and arrange over top of chopped greens. Chop bacon finely and sprinkle over the salad. Cut avocado in small pieces and arrange a Holiday chicken salad 1. In a medium bowl mix mayo, paprika and seasoned salt.
2. Blend in dried cranberries, celery, onions, bell pepper
&
pecans.
3. Add Chicken and mix well.
4. Season w/ pepper.
5. Chill 2 Hours.
Applebee's hot artichoke and spinach dip Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and spread mixture into a small baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted.
Garbanzo pasta salad Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain and rinse
well under cold water until pasta is cool; drain well.
Drain the garbanzo beans. Combine pasta, garbanzo beans, carrot, bell
pepper, and green onions in medium bowl.
Whis Sweet & sour pasta salad Cook Spirals as package directs. Rinse and drain. Add drained beans,
diced red pepper, green onions and basil. Prepare dressing. Mix into
salad and serve.

Balsamic potato salad Cook potatoes in a large pot of boiling salted water over medium heat just
until tender, 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, make balsamic dressing: Whisk sour
cream, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl until
blended. Stir in a Bayerischer wurstsalat (barvarian sausage salad) Cut the knockwurst into small cubes. Mince the pickles and onion. Mix together the vinegar, mustard and oil. Add salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. Adjust seasonings if desired. Add the capers; mix well. Stir in the chopped knockwurst, pickles, and onions. Fruit dressing for fruit salad In blender jar combine lemonade, ginger, orange bits, mace and allspice.
Blend until smooth. stir in sour cream.
Serve with any fruit salad.
Italian pasta salad 1) Combine all ingredants except tomatoes and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese.
2) Cover and chill overnight.
3) Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
4) Stir in tomatoes and garnish with remaining parmesan cheese.

garlic, salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Cook over medium heat, turning

Mix in the diced vegetables. Whisk together the oil with the spices &

Refrigerate till ready Santa fe salad Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add green peppers
and onions; cook until tender crisp. Add salsa, beans, corn and
rice; cook until thoroughly heated. For each serving, place 1 cup
lettuce on serving plate. Surround lettuce wit Pineapple and cheese salad Drain pineapple chunks. Cut cheese into 1/2 inch cubes. Arrange cheese
cubes on lettuce leaves. Top with pineapple chunks and mayonnaise.
Crunchy baked ham salad Combine first 9 ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly
greased 8" square baking dish; top with potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees
for 20 to 25 minutes.

Wild rice and chicken salad with tarragon Combine broth and wild rice in small saucepan. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 50 minutes. Transfer to medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
Add chicken, celery, appl Sweet onion salad Place the lettuce leaves on four plates, top with slices of onion,
cucumber, and tomato. Drizzle salad with olive oil and a little lemon
juice. Season well with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
NOTE: Any sweet onion can be substituted for the W Aegean salad This is a recipe I found on Mimi's Cyberkitchen page. I made it for
Christmas dinner on Thursday. It is really, really good -- it also tastes
just as good the next day (if there's any left). The only change I made was
to use slivers of r Hearts of palm salad Place several lettuce leaves on individual plates. Top with hearts of
palm. combine oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic and salt and pepper in a cruet
and shake well. Drizzle over salad and serve.

Mandarine orange salad Make dressing and set aside to blend flavors. I use fresh frozen basil probably a couple tablespoons.
Sprinkle little sugar in teflon fry pan and add thin layer slivered almonds. Toast till golden, stirring, remove from pan and add remaining sugar and a Sauerkrautsalat mit schinken (sauerkraut salad with ham) Rinse and drain sauerkraut; chop coarsely. Wash grapes and cut in half;
remove seeds if desired. Cut ham in julienne strips. Gently mix these 3
ingredients. Blend dressing ingredients and stir into sauerkraut mixture.
Marinate for 10 minutes; adjus Low fat pasta salad Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. For dressing, in a small bowl stir together thawed concentrate, mayonnaise, yogurt and black pepper. Pour dressing over pasta mixture. Add orange sections. Toss ge Tabbouleh Soak bulgar in enough warm water to cover for 1 hour; drain well. Toss with oil, lemon juice, onions, parsley, mint, tomatoes and cucumber. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Add salt, and pepper to taste.
Taco salad with cumin dressing Toast the tortillas on a baking sheet in a 400 F oven for about 10
min. While hot, sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese. Cool and break into
bite-size pieces.
Chop the lettuce and arrange it in the bottom of a salad bowl. Make
the cumin dressing by combining Baked chicken salad (oster kitchen center cookbook) Heat oven to 375F. Grease a 2-quart casserole. Put chicken and celery
into casserole. Blender - chop nuts and add to chicken. Put 2 cups of
potato chips into blender container, cover and process 4 cycles at (stir).
Empty onto wax paper and set aside. Ripe tomato, spinach and country bread salad Bread - Crusts removed and cut into 1 inch cubes.
Leave the bread cubes on the counter overnight to become stale or toaast them in the oven for 10 minutes.
Toss the bread cubes with the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
Hot german potato salad ii 1. Slice potatoes into a large, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl.
2. Add crumbled bacon.
3. Place oil or bacon fat in a medium-sized, heat-resistant, non- metallic
bowl.
4. Add the 1/2 cup chopped onion and heat, uncovered, in Micro- wave O Walnut watercress salad Trim tough stems from watercress and rinse in cool water. Spin or pat dry.
Mix all ingerdients together and serve chilled. Food Exchange per serving:

Sunshine jello salad 1. Mix Hot Water and Jello add Cold Water and Ice. Let Stand till slightly thickend
2. Drain Pineapple
3. Fold in Carrots and Pine Apple
4. Refridgerate till set
Ambrosia salad Drain fruits well. Combine all ingredients except lettuce and salad
dressing, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Chill well. Serve in lettuce
cups with salad dressing, if desired.
