Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Divide bread between 2 baking sheets. Bake until cubes are dry, but not hard, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
2. Heat oil in heavy, large skilled over medium-high heat. Add sausage and saute' until cooked through, breaking up with back of fork, about 5 minutes. Add onions, celery and garlic. Saute' until celery is soft, about 10 minutes. Mix in artichokes and thyme. Saute' 2 minutes longer. Transfer sausage mixture to large bowl. (Bread and sausage mixture can be made 1 day ahead. Cover separately. Store bread at room temperature. Refrigerate sausage mixture and reheat to lukewarm before continuing).
3. Add bread to sausage mixture; toss to blend well. Mix in cheese, then 1 cup broth. Season with salt and pepper.
To bake stuffing in dish: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter 13X9X2 glass baking dish. Add enough extra broth to sutffing to moisten (3/4 to 1-1/4 cups broth). Transfer stuffing to prepared dish. Cover with buttered foil, buttered side down. Bake until heated through, about 40 minutes. Uncover and bake until top is slighly crisp and golden, about 20 minutes longer).
Comments: For vegetarian direction, use mushrooms instead of sausage, and add vegetable broth instead of chicken broth

425F. Slice the washed eggplant into 1/2" rounds (not necessary to
peel). Spread both sides of the rounds with a thin layer of
mayonnaise. Combine 3/4 cup of the Parmesan chees Greek chopped meat stuffing Brown onions and celery in butter. Add beef, liver, and sausage and cook
until brown. Add wine and tomato paste, then herbs, and simmer until meat

Herbs and Spices Make a Differen Macaroni and cheese casserole 1. In a deep, 2 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole melt butter or margarine in Microwave Oven 30 seconds.
2. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and dry mustard stirring until smooth.
3. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
4. Heat, uncove Chili cheese cubes Beat eggs 4 to 5 minutes until light. Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix well. Fold in cheese and chilis. Pour into greased 9x13x2 baking pan.

Albuquerque corn-bread stuffing Prepare corn bread: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 metal baking
pan or deep 12 inch skillet with oven safe handle.
In large bowl, with spoon, mix cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda, and
solt. Stir in buttermilk and remaining ingredient Ham-and-cheese bread NOTES: For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 tsp yeast for the 1 1/2 pound
loaf. This bread has a high liquid content, so the top may fall during
baking. Use a light crust setting. The crust will be somewhat darker than
usual, due to the fresh ch Multigrain cheese muffins In a mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, and sugar; whisk in the
milk. In another bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking
soda, and salt. Stir flour mixture into milk mixture until almost blended.
Stir in raisins and chee Spinach and cheese curry Cook the spinach and chop it up. Cut the cheese into about
3/4-inch cubes and deep fry a few pieces at a time in oil (a wok is good
for this).

Remove chicken from bones. Add chicken me Roast turkey with corn bread-chorizo stuffing Wash turkey under hot water. Pat exterior and cavities completely dry with paper towels. Smear turkey with 4 Tbsp butter. Saute onions and celery in the remaining butter over medium heat until translucent. Remove with slotted spoon to a very large bowl. S Buffalo chicken salad with blue cheese-buttermilk dressing Combine the first three ingredients in a large dish. Add chicken, tossing
to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Cut
carrot and celery lengthwise into 12 thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
Place strips in a bowl of Hot-cheese mushroom fondue In a 3-quart saucepan, heat soup. Over low heat, add cheese, sour cream,
mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until cheese is melted. Just before
serving, stir in chives. Transfer to fondue pot and serve.
Bacon, avocado, and cheese omelets with tomato salsa jalapeno, the coriander, the lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste
until the salsa is combined well. In a bowl whisk together the eggs,
the water, and salt and pepper to taste.

cheese and stewed tomatoes or soup & skim milk (do not use any margarine or

dry bread crumbs Holiday cream cheese pound cake For Pound Cake Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl until smooth;
gradually beat in 2-1/2 cups sugar. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating
until light and fluffy after each addition. Mix in flour, salt and
vanilla.
Using clean beaters, beat egg Ham and cheese pies Saute onion.
Sprinkle ham, cheese, sauteed onion in 2 lightly greased 9-inch pie pans.
Combine eggs, milk, baking mix and pepper.
Pour mixture equally between the two pans.
Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
