Ingredients:
1/50 Ounce(s) salt kosher
1/100 Ounce(s) black pepper ground
1/5 Bunch(s) chives
1/10 Bunch(s) thyme fresh
2 Ounce(s) red bell pepper
3 Ounce(s) artichoke hearts
1 egg
5 Ounce(s) goat cheese
12 wonton skin
Directions:
lightly oil a mini muffing pan. Press a wonton skin into each hole. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Place mixture into each wonton and bake for 10 minutes. Tent with foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
