Cook rice according to package directions.
Mix rice, green onions, parsley, bell pepper, and artichoke hearts. Toss
with vinaigrette. cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours 90s style chicken salad In deep saucepan, place chicken. Add broth and 4 teaspoons of the
curry powder. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until chicken is
fork tender. Remove from heat and allow chicken to cool in broth.

heat oil and saute shallots until softened. Add bell pepper and cook until

In a medium size oven baking dish combine rice, beef consomme, French
onion soup Cumin herb rice pilaf Thinly slice white part of scallions to measure 1/4 cup. Finely chops the green tops to measure 1/3 cup. Cook cumin seeds and white part of scallions in 1 tablespoon oil in a 2-quart heavy saucepan over moderately low heat, stirring occasionally, until Chicken wings with three different marinades FOR ALL THREE RECIPES: Cut each chicken wing in half; place in large
resealable plastic bag. At one flavor marinade per bag, add all the
ingredients and seal bag. Turn bag making sure all the wings are coated.
Refrigerate up to 24 hours, but pe Broiled chicken with mango butter Combine butter with mango chutney, lime juice and cayenne pepper, blending
well. Shape into a roll, wrap in foil or wax paper and chill for about 2
hours in freezer. Preheat broiler. Brush chicken pieces lightly with oil;

Reserve some of the onion for garnishing later.
Add turmeric to the skillet. Stir & heat briefly. Add the rest of the
spices in order. Mix well.

chicken into 1 cm. cubes. Put them in a bowl together with the sherry
or rice wine and the soy sauce (1) and let the mixture stand 10

May substitu Rice and bean casserole Mix the beans, rice and tomato paste. Blend the garlic, onion, milk and
soy sauce. Combine everything but sesame seeds into a baking dish. Shake
the sesame seeds on top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 min.
Optional additions: 1 egg, about 1/4 Chicken enchiladas 2 Sauce:
Cook onion, garlic, and pepper in butter until onions are tender. Stir flour into sour cream; add to onion mix. Stir in soup and chili peppers all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in ? cups cheese.
Filling: Chicken and vegetable curry Cut chicken into bite size pieces and saute with onion and curry powder in
oil until lightly brown. Add coconut cream, lemon juice, cornflour, stock
cubes. Bring to boil and cook gently for 10 mins. Blanch raw vegetables in
boiling water for a f Aromatic duck Cut off the wingtips from the duck and wrap them up with the giblets
for making stock. Pull out and discard any loose interior fat. Rinse
the duck inside and out and pat dry, inside and out. Mix together in
a spice mill or mortar the peppercor Parmesan herb chicken Combine first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken in butter (could add a little milk too if you wish), then coat chicken with parmesan mixture. Place in greased pan and bake uncovered at 350 -375degrees for about 45 minutes.
Basic chicken salad * The breast meat is best for this but drumstick and thigh meat
can be used too.
** Or half mayo and half sour cream. For a low fat version try
half lite mayo and half skimmed milk yogurt with a dash of lemon
juice.
Mix all the ingredients, chill and serv Potato & rice burgers In a bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Place in refrigerator to chill.
Prepare grill or griddle. Boil potato in water over medium heat until
tender, about 10 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a medium

Sprinkle with the dry cornstarch and mix well.
Steep the peanuts for 30 minutes in lukewarm water. Remove the skins and
stir-fry them in 2 T of oil until brown and crisp. Remove Chicken thighs marengo Trim excess fat from chicken. Rinse chicken with cold water, pat dry.
Place in a shallow container. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Coat a
large skillet with cooking spray; add olive oil. Place over med-hi
heat until hot. Add chicken to skillet; Wild rice bean salad Cook contents of box according to package directions, cool. Add remaining
ingredients, and toss.

Electronic form Basil chicken Cook rice according to package directions. Slice chicken into strips or cut into cubes. Simmer in olive oil until mostly cooked. Add basil, honey
&
vinegar. Simmer for about 7-10 minutes after chicken is done. Serve over rice.
Bbq chicken wings Take your chicken wings and sprinkle with some cayenne (little if you don't like spicy, more if you like spicy). Salt and pepper and then pour your favorite barbecue sauce over them...make sure they are completely covered...cook on high for about 3-4 Chicken-and-vegetable soup COMBINE CHICKENS AND WATER in a 5-quart stockpot. Cover, bring to a
boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and skim off the scum that
accumulates on the surface. Remove chicken breast quarters and set
aside. Add 2 cups carrots, 1 cup onions, 2 cu Chicken with tarragon vinegar and fresh herbs Toss chicken in flour, shake away excess flour. Heat 2 tablespoons
of the oil in pan, add chicken, cook until lightly browned. Transfer
chicken to ovenproof dish (8 cup capacity). Heat remaining oil in
pan, add onion and garlic, cook, stirring, Skillet corn and chicken 1. In skillet, in hot margarine, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.
Remove; set aside. Spoon off fat.
2. In skillet, combine remaining ingredients. Heat till boiling. Return
chicken to skillet.
3. Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes o Chicken & cheese rice bake Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix soup, water, cheese and rice in 3-qt. shallow baking dish.
Top with chicken.
Sprinkle chicken with paprika and pepper.
Bake at 375F for 1 hour or until done. Stir rice before serving.
Korean spicy chicken and potato (tak toritang) In a large pot over medium heat, mix the chicken, potatoes, carrots, onion, sugar, and garlic. Pour in water and
soy sauce, and stir in sugar and hot pepper paste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 45 minutes, until chicken juices run clear Hunan bland plum delicious chinese chicken Brown chicken, skin side down, in an ungreased non-stick skillet or chicken fryer. Drain and discard chicken fat. Blot chicken with paper towel, remove skin, and return to the pan, skin side up. Add remaining ingredients except the low calorie sweetener. Ginger chicken with bok choy 1. Whisk broth, sherry, soy, oyster-flavored sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, sugar, pepper flakes, and 2 teaspoons ginger in small bowl; set aside. Combine remaining 2 teaspoons ginger, garlic, and 1 teaspoon peanut oil in small bowl; set aside.
2. Heat 2 Chicken divan Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Arrange in a 10x6x2
inch baking dish.
Meanwhile, for sauce, in a medium saucepan melt margarine or butter. Stir
in flour, pepper and nutmeg. Add cream or milk and chicken broth all at
o Broccoli chicken roll ups Combine soup and milk; set aside. Combine chicken, thawed broccoli,
1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 can of French fried onions. Stir in 3/4 cup
soup mixture. Divide chicken mixture evenly between tortillas and
roll up. Place tortilla, seam side down, in lightl Chops with amber rice In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides. Season with salt & pepper.
Place uncooked rice in a 10x12" baking dish. Combine orange juice, water
and 1/2 tsp salt; pour over rice. Arrange browned pork chops on top. Spread
soup over all. Cover Baked lemon chicken Bone and pound the chicken breasts. Dreddge with flour. Melt the
butter in a baking pan. Coat chicken on all sides, turning skin side
up if not boneless. Bake at 375 degrees, brushing with pan drippings
for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the lemon baste, whe Dak cochu jang boekum (chicken in a hot chili sauce) 1. Cut the chicken into 3-inch pieces. Divide the wings. Mix the
parts with the sugar and marinate for 1 hour or more (the sugar is a
tenderizer).
2. Mix together all the other seasonings -- garlic, scallion, ginger,
soy sauce, gochu jang, sesame oil and Chinese chicken salad Mix soy sauce, sherry, garlic powder, ginger. Marinate the chicken in this
mixture for several hours. Bake the chicken, skin side up, for 45 minutes
at 350 degrees F. Let the cooked chicken cool. When the chicken is cool,
shred it.
Deep-fr Chicken with green & red pepper *Paste is equal amount of starch to water
I) Cut chicken in 1" cubes. Marinate at least 1/2 hour.
II) Remove seeds and stem from peppers. cut into one inch squares. Slice garlic into circles.
