Pulled pork Cooking Directions
Combine all seasonings well in a small bowl and rub evenly over roast. Prepare a medium fire, banked, in covered grill. Position pork over a drip pan, add about 1/2 inch water or apple juice to drip pan. Grill over indirect heat for 3 1 Afelia (braised pork with coriander) Cut pork into approximately 3 cm (1-1/4 inch) pieces leaving some fat on
meat as this is desirable.
Heat half the butter in a heavy based pan and brown potatoes. Remove and
keep aside.

& rinse well under running water. Scrape out the choke. Using half a lemon
for each artichoke, squeeze the lemon juice over all the cut sides.
