Directions: Puree together all the marinade ingredients. Marinate the pork chops in this mixture in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours. Remove from the marinade and pat dry. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a heavy skillet. Pan-broil chops for 7-8 minutes on each side. Or grill chops over charcoal.
