Hunan hot pepper and black bean sauce 2 ts sesame oil
1/2 ts Salt
In a jar or bowl, place oil, red pepper, black beans, garlic, sherry, sesame oil and salt. Cover tightly with foil. Set jar on rack over simmering water; cover and steam for 45 minutes. Cool, cover and refrigerate indef Wine sauce for keftedes (keftedes tou fournou krasata) Prepare Keftedes Tiganites, but instead of frying, arrange close together
on a baking pan approximately 8 x 11 x 2-inches. Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small pan combine the tomato sauce, red wine, bay leaf,

skillet; stir to smooth paste. Gradually stir in
orange juice. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixtu Apricot almond bark Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with waxed paper. Melt chocolate and
shortening in the top part of a double boiler. Stir in almonds and jelly
beans. Spread into prepared pans. Chill 10 minutes. Score into 2x3-inch

Heat oil in a large saucpan set over medium heat. Add onions and garlic.
Saute for 2 min. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil,
stirring often. Then, reduce heat and simmer, Beets in mustard sauce Scrub the beets lightly and boil them for 35 minutes until barely tender.
Drain under cold water, peel, then slice into 1/4 inch pieces.
Melt the butter and cook the shallots for 4 minutes over medium heat. Turn
the heat down and stir in the fl Creamy jalapeno sauce Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the jalapenos and cook, stirring, until softened, about 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, the cream cheese, egg yolk, lemon or lime juice, and salt i Beef curry in peanut sauce Put half the coconut milk into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and heat,

blender container; cover. Blend until pureed; strain. Stir 1/2 cup
raspberry puree into gelatin. Add cold water. Chill until slightly
thickened. Gently stir in whipped topp Caribbean jerk sauce Mix the spices, salt, sugar and thyme in a bowl. Add the vinegar, soy and
orange juice. Beat well. Slowly add the oil as you continue to beat, to
emulsify the mixture. Blend in the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 1
hour, then add the meat yo Enchilada sauce Saute onions and garlic in oil. When tender, add to boiling broth. Mix all other ingredients with chili sauce to make a heavy paste. Reduce with some of the broth to pouring consistency, to avoid lumping, and gradually stir into hot broth. habs--puree in blender (small amou Aji de gallina ( chicken in spicy nut sauce ) In a heavy 4 to 5 quart saucepan, bring the chicken and 5 cups of
cold water to a boil over high heat, and remove all scum from the
surface. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and cook the chicken
for 30 minutes, or until it is tender but not falling a Bbq sauce with beer Mix all ingredients. Can be used as a marinade, use some of sauce to
marinade over night. Then grill and baste with left over sauce.
Apricot peach cream Drain the peach syrup into a small saucepan. reserve the peaches
separately and set aside. Add the water and the apricots to the peach
syrup and simmer on low heat for 1 hour to soften the apricots. Drain and
discard the liquid. Transfer the apric Pecan chicken with mustard sauce Pound chicken breasts to flatten. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Melt 6 tablespoons butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 tablespoons of the mustard. Dip each piece of chicken into mustard mixture. Coat each with gr John f. glasser's barbecue sauce Combine all ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
