Directions: Cook the apples in a pot together with the sugar, lemon peel, cinnamon and
a splash of water. Simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the water has
evaporated and the apples are soft. Set aside and cool. Remove the lemon
peel and cinnamon and divide the apple into 4 sundae glasses. Leave to cool
in the fridge before serving. To serve, decorate with the whipped cream,
topping each glass with half a walnut, and drizzle over some honey.

Honey bbq ribs Place spareribs on a broiler rack and broil for 15 minutes. Drain fat off. Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Combine remaining ingredients in the slow cooker; stir well. Add ribs; cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
Serves 4.
Stout marinated ribs with honey galze For ribs: Whisk first 6 ingredients in a large bowl to blend. Place ribs in
a glass baking dish. Pour marinade over. Cover and refrigerateovernight.
For glaze: Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
Prepare bbq medium heat. Remove ribs from Honey-mustard chicken 1. Combine mustard and honey in a small bowl. Stir in dill and orange peel.
2. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place chicken, skin-side down on prepared pan. Brush sauce on top of chicken; coat well.
3. Turn chicken over. Gently pull back skin and brush me Crispy honey wings 1. Mix honey, Worcestershire sauce and ginger.
2. Grill chicken wings 4-6" from medium coals, 20-25 minutes, brushing frequently with honey mixture and turning after 10 minutes, until done.
NOTE: If you can't find white Worcestershire sauce, the Maple honey wheat bread DIRECTIONS: Place all ingredients in baking pan. Use either RapidBake or
regular whole wheat mode. This recipe is for Panasonic 65P, be sure to
adjust for other machines as necessary.

and water, then blend into the cornstarch; stir in the sherry Chocolate-colated apples (Chopped in food processor or nut chopper, NOT blender) Insert wooden stick
into stem end of each washed & thoroughly dried apple. Cover tray or cookie
sheet W/ waxed paper.
In medium microwave-safe bowl, place 1-2/3 c peanut butter chips in Honey-spice apple Core the apples and pare a 1-inch strip of skin from around the middle of
each to prevent splitting. Place the apples in two 10-oz custard cups.
Pack the raisins into the apples. Mix
the honey and cinnamon, pour over
the raisins and into the apples. To Oatmeal honey bread Put the oatmeal, honey, salt and butter in a large mixing bowl. Add
boiling water and mix together. Let stand for 45 minutes, stirring

Honey mustard bbq chicken Preheat grill pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil to a small saucepan over medium heat. Add red onions and saute, 3-5 minutes. Add vinegar and reduce by healf, 1 minute or 2. Add brown sugar and cook 1 minute to incorporate. Whisk in Foil-wrapped baked apples 1. Prepare grill to medium. Cut 4 squares of heavy-duty foil, 9-inches wide. Grease all foil squares with 1 tablespoon of the buter. Combine nuts, brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon and allspice in medium mixing bowl.
