Directions: In a 2 quart casserole that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray,
combine bread cubes, apples, and raisins, set aside. Combine milk, Egg
Beaters, sugar, liquid Butter Buds, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, pour
over bread mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until knife
inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm with Dream Whip or non-fat
frozen yogurt on top, if desired.
