Grilled corn and tomato-sweet onion salad Grill corn in husks then remove kernels.
Half onion and thinly slice.
Combine the vinegar, basil, salt, pepper, sugar, and oil in a blender and blend until smooth.
Combine the corn kernels, tomato, and onion in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss to Brown rice salad In a heavy casserole, heat the oil over moderate heat. Add the rice and
saute for about 5 minutes or until the rice begins to darken; stir often.
Stir in the vegetable stock, cover the pan and reduce the heat to low.

drop at a time, beating constantly, until about one-third of the oil have
been added. (Once the mixture begins to thicken, oil can be added several

2. Wisk together the other ingredients and pour dressing over vegetables.
3. Marinate for 2 hours before serving.
Apple bread pudding #2 Heat oven to 325`. Spread butter on bread slices. Cut each slice into 1"
cubes. >> Place half of the bread cubes in a greased shallow 2-qt. baking
dish. Top with half of the chopped apples. Repeat layers, using remaining
bread cubes and Tarragon pasta salad Pile salad ingredients in a serving bowl as you process them. Combine and taste to adjust seasonings. Serve.

Anne's strawberry spinach salad Chill salad dressing and pour over salad before serving.
Diabetic carrot-raisin salad Combine carrots, pineapple, and raisins; mix well. Chill for 2-3 hours, stir in yogurt, and serve on a lettuce leaf, if desired. Yield 7 servings.
Mexican chef salad Brown smoked Sausage in skillet. Add beans, chili powder, and cumin, and
cook 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring often. Toss
together lettuce, green pepper, tomatoes, cheese, avacado, and celery with
the dressing and hop pepper Celery root salad Peel the celery root and cut it into 1/2-inch cubes. Add the cubed celery
root to the boiling salted water and cook until tender, about
15 minutes. Drain.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and whisk or shake to make a dressing.

thoroughly. In a small pan heat mustard o Apple bulgur breakfast Mix the apple and bulgur in a bowl, then stir in the yogurt or formage frais and half the milk. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes, or until the bulgur is softened and swollen. The grain should stillhave some bite, although it can be left covered in the Marti's apple crisp Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a shallow baking dish and place apple
slices on bottom. Combine water, lemon juice, and sweetener and pour over
apples. Combine dry ingredients; cut in margarine until it is the
consistency of large peas. Egg salad Combine eggs, celery, salad dressing, green pepper and curry powder; mix well. Chill. For each sandwich, spread 1 slice with
salad dressing, cover with lettuce, bologna, egg mixture and other slice of bread. Makes about 4 sandwiches.

Hoppin' john salad vegan & <t> In a large bowl, toss the black-eyed peas, rice, spinach, and onion until completely combined. In a small bowl, stir together the vinegar, water, and pepper. Pour over the salad and toss. Chill for at least a few hours to let flavors blend. Sprinkle on 7-grain - rice and vegetable salad Toss ingredients together with mayonnaise or salad dressing of choice.
Chill. Serve on a bed of alfalfa sprouts.
Mushroom, snow pea and spinach salad Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Season dressing
with salt and pepper. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add snow peas and cook 45 seconds. Drain. Refresh peas with cold
water and drain. Combine peas, spinach, mushroo Apple butter barbecued chicken Place chicken in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375 F. for 25 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
Yield: 4 servings.
