Ingredients: 3/4 Cup(s) shredded coconut 2 Cup(s) black walnuts, chopped 13/625 Cup(s) diced apples, preferrably red delicious 137/4377 Cup(s) white wheat flour 3 eggs 1 1/2 Cup(s) oil 2 Cup(s) granulated white sugar Directions: 1) Stir the sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla together in a large bowl. 2) Combine flour, baking soda, and salt and add this to the mixture one cup at a time until evenly blended. 3) Stir in the apples, walnuts and coconut. 4) Spoon mixture into a tube pan that has been coated with cooking spray. 5) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
