649/711 Pound(s) divided sugar
8 Ounce(s) cream cheese
163/625 Pound(s) softened butter
1/6 Ounce(s) vanilla extract
2 egg
151/193 Pound(s) flour
1/4 Ounce(s) baking powder
1 Ounce(s) salt
1/3 Ounce(s) cinnamon
2 Large, diced apple
1/20 Quart(s) milk
326/625 Pound(s) approximately powdered sugar
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat 1.5 c white sugar with butter, vanilla extract, and cream cheese until blended. Add eggs, beat again. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to wet mixture. Stir together the rest of the sugar with the cinnamon. Sprinkle a handful over the diced apples and add to the batter. Reserve about 2/3 of the cinnamon sugar mixture for later. Pour batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Sprinkle the rest of the sugar over the top. Bake about an hour and ten minutes. While it's baking, stir together powdered sugar with milk, using as much as needed until you create a smooth, thin glaze. Cool cake completely. Spread icing over the top of the cake, just pouring sporadically with a spoon instead of smoothing with a knife. Enjoy!
