Red hot pepper sauce Wash and drain the vegetables. Seed and chop the peppers; core and chop
the tomatoes. Put the vegetables in a kettle with 2 cups vinegar, bring
to a boil, and boil until vegetables are soft. Press the mixture through
a fine sieve. Add the sugar and sa Apple almond wheat bread stuffing Put all ingredients above in pan and saute. Stir in 1 teaspoon cinnamon,
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and toss with 6 cups of
bread cubes. Then add 1 cup raisins, 1 beaten egg, and 1/2 cup cider or
apple juice. Put in greased Apple cobbler #2 - diabetic Mix filling ingredients in a 8 x 8 x 2 pan. In a small bowl then mix the topping ingredients. Drop in eight mounds atop the aple mixture. Bake at 375 for 35 - 40 minutes. Cut in 2 inch squares. Serve Warm.
Texas table sauce for barbecue In a 2 cup measure, conbine vinegar and water. Stir in salt,
pepper, paprika, brown sugar, molasses and dry mustard. Set aside to
boil over medium/low heat. Stir in vinegar water.
TRANSFER to outside grill and simmer uncovered for Ayam bumbu rojak (chicken with spicy sauce) Cut chicken into serving portions. Fry onion and garlic in oil until golden brown. Add brown sugar,
chili, candle-nuts and shrimp paste and stir. Add chicken to this spicy mixture. Then add tamarind juice, soy sauce, 1 cup water and salt. Cover tightly Blueberry sauce from lisa Place all ingredients in a non-aluminum saucepan & bring to a boil.
Simmer gently for 10 min. Serve hot or cold.

Southwestern chicken terrine with cilantro sauce Saute shallots in butter until soft. In food processor, combine
chicken breast meat with half of shallots and half amounts each of
oil, chicken broth and oregano. Add 1 egg. Season to taste with salt
and pepper. Process until smooth. Transfer mixt Apple fritters (irish) Make batter at least an hour before required, using following method.
Sift together flour and salt. Make a well in the center. Add the cooled
melted butter and some of the water and egg yolks. Work in the flour and
beat until smooth. Add re Greek tomato sauce with olive oil Heat the oil in a heavy saucepan, stir in the onions, and cook gently until transparent. Add the garlic, tomatoes, sugar, wine, salt and pepper, and cinnamon, if desired. Taste for seasoning, then allow the sauce to simmer gently for 30 minutes. Remove Tomato sauce with basil and garlic To peel the tomatoes start a pot of water boiling. Cut a shallow X on the base of each tomato and drop them into the boiling water. Sautee' apple slices, dried apricots in water, jam and spices. cook till

over high heat until it loses it's raw look. Add celery, sage,
rosemary and apple and cook another few minutes until the apple
softens. Season to taste.
