3/4-inch thick. Broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning
once, to the desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes. Nice served on
toasted buns with a favorit Burgers with caramelized onions In a small bowl, combine bulgur with 1/2 cup warm water; let stand for 30
minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the bulgur is tender. Prepare
the Harvest Burger in a medium bowl. Set aside while it absorbs water.
