1 Pound(s) 8 oz angel hair pasta
1 Pound(s) cut into 1 inch pieces asparagus
13/1250 Quart(s) vegetable oil
5 Pound(s) chopped garlic
1 Cup(s) sliced mushrooms
2 Ounce(s) soy sauce
2 Tablespoon(s) sesame oil
163/5000 Pound(s) brown sugar
3 Tablespoon(s) chutney
2 Tablespoon(s) toasted sesame seeds
1 finely chopped green onion
4 Ounce(s) white vinegar
1 Pound(s) frozen, medium shrimp
Directions: Prepare pasta according to package directions; two minutes before pasta is done, add asparagus pieces. When pasta and asparagus are done, drain. Place oil, garlic and mushrooms in Wok. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, chutney, toasted sesame seeds, scallions and vinegar. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Add shrimp to the sauce and cook for another 5 to 8 minutes. Add pasta and asparagus to the Wok, toss and serve.
