Directions: 1. Prepare pasta according to packaging.
2. Chop tomatoes and bell pepper and mince garlic, set aside.
3. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
4. Saute garlic, tomatoes and bell pepper 2-3 minutes or until pepper is slightly softened.
5. Add ground beef and cook until brown, stirring occasionally.
6. Add cooked pasta along with oregano, italian seasonning, parsley and ricotta.
7. Cook for about 2-3 minutes more.
