Deviled croaker Wipe fish with damp cloth; sprinkle inside & out with salt & pepper;
dip in flour. Heat half the butter & oil in large skillet; fry fish,
until lightly browned, about 5 minutes per side. Remove fish to

scallions, tuna, mustard, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper

In a small bowl, mash yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic salt and

Melt butter, and add Chili Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Walnut Catsup,

*NOTE: If you prefer less vinegary taste, increase amount of sugar, but

bacon, and mayonnaise. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and chill.
Garnish with olive slices or small sprigs or parsley or cilantro and serve
on a lettuce-lined tray.
Deviled eggs with sun-dried tomato Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.
Halve the eggs lengthwise, force the yolks through a sieve into a bowl, and
stir in the minced tomatoes, the mayonnaise, the sour cream, the vinegar,
and salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the filling to a past Deviled ham ring Mix cream cheese and deviled ham until well blended. Add remaining
ingredients and place mixture in greased 3 cup ring mold. Chill. Unmold and
decorate with pimento and parsley.
Deviled ham puffs 1.spread each croute with ham paste

stir
to blend thoroughly.
2. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1 minute or until thicke Scrambled eggs and calf's brains Soak brains in cold water, and peel off membrane. Drop brains into boiling
water for 1 minute, then remove. Dry brains and scrape with a knife,
reducing them to a rough pulp.
Cook onion in butter over low heat for about 10 minutes. Add pepper Deviled onion eggs In a Dutch oven, combine eggs and enough cold water to cover them. Bring
just to a boil. Reduce heat to medium- low; cook 15 minutes. Drain; rinse with
cold water to cool.
Remove shells from eggs; halve lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks; place

Bobbie's note: I use a fork to mash t Deviled oysters #2 Melt shortening in skillet; saut‚ onions, celery and bell pepper until
tender but not brown. Heat milk, add vegetables. Add oysters; remove pan
from heat as oysters begin to curl. Thicken with crumbled crackers. Add
butter, salt. pepper and Worceste Sweet potato scrambled eggs Heat enough salted water to cover the sweet potatoes, (1/4 Tsp of
salt to 1 cup of water) to boiling. Add the potatoes and cover.
Heat to boiling again and then reduce the heat. Simmer until
potatoes are tender, about 6 minutes and drain. Co Devilish marshmallow cookies Cream shortening; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of
mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour, soda, salt and cocoa; add to creamed mixture, mixing well.
Stir in flavorings. (Dough will be sti Deviled potato skins In a small heavy skillet melt the butter with the Worcestershire sauce over
low heat, remove the skillet from the heat, and stir in the mustard and the
