marinade I have ever made. Whisk everything together, marinate the
swordfish in it for an hour, and grill.
Soy sauce marinade. 30 ml 2 tbsp soy sauce. 15 ml 1 tbsp sunflower oil. 1 clove garlic,
crushed. 5 ml 1 tsp ground cumin. 5 ml 1 tsp ground coriander. Ground black
pepper.
Mix all the ingredients together and leave to marinade for at least one
hour.
Cook ove Tandoori marinade for chicken If you left out the yogurt, you'd have a reasonably dry marinade. Julie
also calls for using unseasoned meat tenderizer & lemon juice on the

1/3 cup bourbon, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown
sugar, 1 large onion, chopped, 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard, 1
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
In a ceramic or glass dish combine the b Beer marinade for beef Mix all ingredients together and use as a marinade. Then use as a basting
sauce for the meat while it cooks.
Crab claw marinade Mix all together, pour over claws and serve.
Red meats marinade* Mix well. Pour over meat cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours. Use as

Oriental dressing and marinade Combine ingredients; mix well. Use as a marinade for crisp-tender cooked
broccoli, mushrooms or favorite vegetable combinations, or toss with mixed

Spicy fish marinade mix together
Princess grace's monaco marinade casserole * Cut meat into approxiamtely two inch squares, place in a bowl, and add one
sliced onion, garlic, bayleaf, rosemary, parsley, cloves and orange rind.
Pour over vinegar and claret. Let stand overnight. Chop bacon and brown
slightly with remaining All-purpose barbecue sauce Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate in refrigerator. Also
use to baste meat as you cook it. Good on red meat, fish or chicken.
Lamb marinade and barbecue Mix ingredients together. Marinate butterflied lamb roast overnight,
basting as needed. Cook over hot grill, baste as needed. Best served medium
to rare. Makes enough marinade for about 6-8lbs of lamb.
This is Lois' recipe and is our annua Rib roast with bourbon marinade ** Pierce beef with fork several times on both sides. Mix remaining
ingredients in shallow glass dish. Place beef in dish; turn to coat with
marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours, turning beef
occasionally. Remove beef from marinade, r Wine marinade or basting sauce for beef Combine all ingredients in a covered container. Marinate steaks for 3 hours
(6 hours if refrigerated). Marinade can also be used as a basting sauce
when grilling.
If you are rotissing a beef roast, marinade can be used as a basting sauce.
Pl Alaskan seafood marinade In medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Cook,
stirring until smooth, 5 to 7 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Marinate
seafood 30 minutes prior to grilling. Makes approximately l l/2 cups.

Chinese dry marinade Combine ingredients and use for marinade for spare ribs and pork.

White wine marinade Combine all ingredients in a non reactive bowl. Cover, and refrigerate over night to allow flavors to meld. Then add meat to the bowl, covering all sides with the marinade, and then recover and allow to marinate for at least 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerat Madeira wine marinade for chicken and pork Combine all ingredients in a nonaluminum saucepan and mix well. Cook over
medium heat until sugar dissolves. Cool, pour over pork or chicken and let
marinate overnight in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator 1 to 2 hours

Steak & ale marinade Mix ingredients for each marinade and marinate steaks or chicken up to 24
hours in the fridge. Add a dash of worcestershire sauce to steak marinade.

March; 1986: Marinade 2 lb. skirt steak in refrigerator over night.

Lemon pepper marinade Combine. Makes 1/2 cup.
All-purpose salad dressing In a small bowl whisk together wine, vinegar, and mustard until blended.
Slowly pour in olive oil, whisking constantly. Whisk in oregano, parsley,
and garlic. Use for a dressing on mixed greens.
Red wine, juniper, and bay leaf marinade Whisk together everything but salt and pepper in a nonreactive bowl.
Arrange meat in a shallow nonreactive dish or resealable plastic bag.
Cover with marinade; rub gently into meat. Cover; refrigerate for length
of time in "Marinating Times" re Polo loco marinade iii Pour over raw chicken and let soak for up to 4 hours and grill on the
bbq.. also you can add tequilla and its wonderful.
White wine and herb marinade In a medium glass or nonreactive bowl, whisk together all the ingredients, except the oil. Gradually whisk in the oil. Use immediately or cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
Yield: 1 1/3 cups
Adobo marinade 2 Blend cumin, garlic and lime juice until smooth. Taste and season with
pepper. Marinade fish (chicken or meat) in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

hours, rotating meat occasionally.
Mustard-herb marinade Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Let stand 1 hour. Add chicken or fish
and coat well. Let stand in marinade. Pat dry with paper towels. Use the
remaining marinade to baste fish or chicken just before removing from the
grill.

marinade called chimichuri. it is similar to a multi spiced
vinaigrette and is given an earthier tone with the addition of
saffron.
