cook sauce over low heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.

Stack tortillas and wrap in foil. Stir together hoisin, soy, honey, ginger,
vinegar, garlic, and cayenne in a 1- to 1 1/2-quart saucepan.
Toss chicken with 3 tablespoons sauce in a large bowl to coat, Asparagus sauce - great chefs Wash the asparagus and snap off the white ends. Set aside all
tops and half that number of ends. Plunge the tops into a large pot
of salted, boiling water and cook until limp but not for too long.
