Directions: Drain and flake salmon. Stir in remaining ingredients except pepper and
bread. Season with pepper to taste. Spread salmon mixture on half of bread
slices, top with remaining bread. Cut sandwiches into halves or quarters.
Makes 6 sandwiches.
