Spicy turkey burgers Preheat oven to broil. Spray a broiler pan with no-stick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Shape into 4
patties. Place on broiler pan and broil for 5 minutes on each side. Serve

Bobbie's note: I use a fork to mash t Huevos en rabo de mestiza/poached eggs in tomato-chile sa Heat oil in large, deep skillet. Add onions and cook until tender but
not browned. Place tomatoes in blender or food processor and blend
until chopped but not pureed. Add tomatoes and chiles to onion and
cook 5 minutes. Add broth, salt, sugar a Spicy salmon kabobs place salmon in resealable plastic bag. toss to coat and regregerate for 30 minutes.
