Directions: 1. Combine water and chocolate in a small saucepan, cook and stir just till
boiling. Remove from heat, stir in liqueur or vanilla. Beat cream in a
small chilled mixing bowl with an electric mixer on low to medium speed
till soft peaks form. Top each serving with whipped cream, sprinkle with
orange peel, if desired.
2. The orange peel is optional. You can use Amaretto or vanilla extract in
place of the Grand Marnier if desired
NOTES : Bittersweet chocolate usually has a more pronounced chocolate
flavor than semi-sweet.
