and broccoli flowerets and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the linguini is
tender, but still firm to the bite. Drain the linguini and broccoli thoroughly set aside

Bake the cubes on a rack over a baking sheet for 1 1/2 hours at 250

Mexican chicken 2 Next time you are invited to a pot luck dinner impress your friends with
this attractive yet economical casserole. Mix together puree, yogurt, green
chiles, chili powder, coriander, garlic and onion powder. Place tortillas
on a rack in a 350~ oven. Heat u Mexican spaghetti pie Cook and drain pasta, and let cool slightly. Stir in butter,
parmesan cheese and eggs. Spread into the bottom of a large greased baking
dish.
Brown onion and ground beef. Stir in kidney beans, undrained
tomatoes and tomato pas Korean sesame and ginger marinade Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
Adobo chicken Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a small bowl mix the onion, garlic, soy sauce, water, peppercorns, bay leaves, and vinegar, and pour over the chicken. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
Hummus marinade In the container of a food processor or blender, place the garlic cloves,
sesame seeds, and 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Process until smooth.
Add the chick-peas, lemon juice, parsley, and salt. Process once more.
Slowly add the remaining 4 Tbsp. olive Adobo sauce 2 Toast the chiles directly over a medium gas flame or in a cast-iron skillet
until soft and brown, turning frequently to avoid scorching.
Transfer the toasted chiles to a saucepan and add the vinegar and water.
Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer a Rotelle with smoked turkey, broccoli & peppers Cook broccoli in large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender,
about 2 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer broccoli to bowl of ice
water to cool; reserve water in pot. Drain broccoli and pat dry. Return

before grilling. Mexican corn Combine first 6 ingredients in a large skillet; cover and cook over medium
heat 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato and oregano; cook,
uncovered, 2 minutes or until tomato is heated thoroughly.

Jollie ollie's marinade for all meats Put juices into mixer and add spices. Mix till a bit foamy. Then taste, if
too tart, use honey to make it almost sweet. It should be slightly tart.
Now put cut up meat and marinade in marinade pan and let stand in room temp
for an hour. Then Grilled shrimp & marinade Soak bamboo skewers 1 hour before using. Devein shrimp with scissors
leaving shell intact. Mix all ingredients except shrimp until blended. Ad

some melted butter. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl,
hand mix the salmon, cream cheese, Feta cheese, egg, capers, parsle, and
scallions. Smoked sausage & fruit kebobs GLAZE: Stir together apricot preserves with mustard in small bowl.
KEBOBS: Assemble kebobs on skewers, alternating Hillshire Farm Smoked
Sausage with peppers, fruit, and onions. (If using bamboo skewers,
soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes prior Shrimp in adobo sauce Serves 6
Cover the chiles with hot water and let them sit for 15 minutes or
until softened. Combine chiles and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the water they
were soaking in, onion, garlic, oregano, and cumin in a blender and
puree to a smooth paste.
Sherry marinade Combine all ingredients until well blended. Before add to the meat, stir
well to be sure honey is combined with other ingredients and has not
settled to bottom. Its a good idea to stir while marinating for the same

Adobo beef salad with apricot, ginger and hibiscus salsa 1. Adobo sauce: Soak chiles in hot water for 15 minutes and puree.
2. Marinate beef in adobo sauce and vegetable oil, keep refrigerated until
ready to use.
3. To make salsa, combine wine, sugar, hibiscus, ginger and lemon in a
sauce pan and brin Mexican corn salad Drain corn. Combine corn, pimiento, onion, green pepper, and cucumber. Add
French dressing and mix well. Serve in lettuce cups.

Mexican vegetable soup In a Dutch oven or heavy medium saucepan, brown ground beef drain fat. Add
Soup Mix, tomato sauce, water kidney beans, corn and seasonings; mix well.
Bring to a boil, simmer covered 15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with grated
cheese and dollop of Mexican broiled steak * Each flank steak should weigh between 1 and 1 1/2 lbs. Place beef steaks
in shallow glass or plastic dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over
the beef. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning occasionally. Set
oven control to bro Smoked mackerel with nuts, grapes & brown rice Cook the rice in double its volume of fast boiling salted water. Refresh
it and dress it with 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon oil and plenty
of salt and pepper. Stir in the nuts and 5-6 tablespoons chopped mint or
watercress. (Waterc Mexican won ton Saute ground meat over medium heat until no longer pink. Sprinkle on garlic
powder, cayenne and Taco seasoning mix. Stir well. Add drained black beans.
Mix thoroughly; remove from heat. When meat mixture has cooled to room
temperature, stir in cheese and Mexican peanuts In a large frying pan, cook garlic in olive oil over moderate heat
for 1 minute. Add hot pepper and cumin. Mix in peanuts and cook,
stirring, 2 minutes. Sprinkle with coarse salt and chili powder. Mix
well and store in a covered jar or tin.

K.i.s.s. (keep it simple stupid) marinade Dice the onion and crush the garlic. Mix together with beer and oil until
