TO MAK Acorn squash baked with pineapple Preheat oven to 425 F.
Scoop out the squash seeds and fibers and discard. Place squash in
greased baking dish.
Put 1 teaspoon each of sherry, brown sugar, and butter in each squash
half.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until tend Squash soup Steam squash and carrots for 10 minutes.
Set aside.
Saute onions in oil until translucent.
Dissolve miso in water.
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree.
Butternut squash with applesauce Mix together applesauce, brown sugar, salt, heavy cream, squash,
nutmeg, 4 tablespoons of the melted butter,and eggs. Place in
buttered 1 1/2 quart shallow casserole dish. Mix together bread
crumbs, remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, and the almo Chevre chicken breasts with squash PREHEAT OVEN TO 375F. Pat the chicken dry and sprinkle with desired

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Divide squash in half and remove the
seeds. Scrape the squash out into a bowl. chicken
