prepare the chicken.
Cut the chicken into 1/2-inch-wide strips. Slice the mushrooms, and
if you are using shiitakes, discard the stems. Heat the butter in a

Squash bake Cook squash in just a little bit of water until tender. Drain and mash.
Measure 2 cups and mix with remaining ingredients except cheese. Pour into
buttered 1 quart casserole and top with grated cheese. Dot with butter.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 Butternut squash with ginger Peel and seed the squash. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Put the squash, gingerroot, and apple juice into a lightly oiled baking dish. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 - 60 minutes. Sprinkle with nutmeg just before serving.
