Directions: Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.
Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "sweet bread" and push Start.
In hot, humid or very cold weather, reduce water to 1-1/3 c.
Tested in DAK 1-1/2 lb R2D2 bread machine. Sylvia's comment: a heavy,
dense, easy to slice bread. A little "wet," otherwise great!

Reduce heat slightly, but keep high enough to continue a low boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack,

100% whole wheat bread 6 This is pretty heavy bread, but I like it that way. For a better raise, try
adding 1/3 cup of gluten, and you may need a bit more water, then.
Use Whole Wheat mode. Timer ok.
