Beginners popcorn balls Preheat oven to 250. Put popcorn in a large, 4 inch deep butered baking
pan. Keep warm in the oven. Combine sugar, cornsyrup, water, butter and
salt in a large saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
Cook until mixture reaches Fruit balls Melt butter and dates, coconut, nuts and brown sugar. Cook for 6 minutes
and then add rice krispies. roll in balls and then in powdered sugar.

Bayou catfish balls Rub fish with hot sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside for 1 hour or more. Cut fish into bite-size pieces and dip into eggs. Roll in cornmeal. Fry quickly in deep fat for 2 or 3 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain.
No-bake gingersnap balls 1. Place cookies in large resealable plastic food storage bag; crush finely with rolling pin or meat mallet.
2. Combine corn syrup and peanut butter in medium bowl. Add crushed gigersnaps; mix well. (Mixture should hold together without being sticky. Hot tamale meat balls Re-grind meat. Mix meats, corn meal, flour, garlic, salt, juice
and pepper. Form into approx. 200 small meat balls (#100 food dipper
works well). Mix tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to boil. Add meat balls, lower heat and Cheese balls #1 Mix all ingredients well. Mold in small balls (dime size). Bake at 350øF
for 8-10 minutes. Watch carefully as they brown quickly. Will keep
indefinitely if put in a tin.
Sleep-in pancake mix Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in plastic bags or a covered
container.
Makes 8 batches of pancakes, about 80 pancakes.
Buckwheat Pancakes: Decrease flour by 1/2 cup and add 1/2 cup buckwheat
flour. Eliminate spices, if desired.
Olive cheese balls Mix cheese and flour. Add margarine and mix thoroughly. If dough seems
dry, work with your hands. Mold 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive,
shape into ball. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Cover,
chill for 1 hour. Heat oven to Popcorn balls Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt to boiling in a large pan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 2 minutes; remove from heat.
Stir in popcorn until well coated; cool slightly.
Dip hands into cold water.
Shape mixture into 8 balls, ea Diabetic cream cheese balls Cream the cream cheese and add pecans. Chill until cheese will form balls. Dip balls into melted white cote or milk cote chocolate coating. Makes about 25 balls.
Almond coconut christmas balls Mix together the confectioners' sugar, 1 cup coconut, cream, almond
extract and melted butter. Stir until all are well combined.
Now divide the mixture into three equal parts. color one pink to red, one
green and leave the other one white. Shape i Matzo balls Beat oil (or melted schmaltz, if desired), eggs (can use part or all egg substitute, such as Egg Beaters), matzo meal, and salt together. Add stock and mix until uniform. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes while you bring 1.5 quarts of salted water to Bulghur neat balls Brown rice can be substituted for the bulghur.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and form into 1 1/2-inch balls. Bake on a cookie
sheet sprayed with vegetable spray for 10 minutes on each side.
Makes 15 to 18
Snow balls cream butter, sugar, flour and vanilla. Add nuts. Roll in balls. Bake
at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. While still hot roll in 4X sugar.
