Directions: Mix together above ingredients. Pour six cups fruit, fresh or frozen, in a
9x9-inch baking pan. Sweeten the fruit to taste with sugar. Pour mixture
over fruit. Sprinkle lightly with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at
350 degrees 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is cooked through. I have
used frozen blueberries, blackberries, and mixed fruits. Thinly sliced
apples would be good. Tonight's flavor will be peaches from our tree. My
favorite? Apricots, of course. Enjoy.

Combine ingredients and put in pan approximately 13X9X2. Bake at 350 deg. for 15 min. Cool completely.
Prepare Pie Filling:
Blend softened cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Dream Whip. Spread over cold crust. Top with pie filling of your choice. Plum cobbler with cinnamon biscuits For filling:
Preheat oven to 400F. Toss plums, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla in large
bowl to coat. Transfer to 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish. Bake until thick
