Directions: Blend sugar, oleo, egg, oil and vanilla. Mix well. By hand, add dry ingredients; mix well. Chill dough 1 hour or overnight. Shape dough into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
