Ingredients: 6 Cup(s) Lettuce, chopped 6 Eggs, hard cooked and sliced 1 Package(s) Peas, 10 oz. frozen, thawed 16 Ounce(s) Bacon, cooked crisp, crumble 2 Cup(s) Natural Swiss cheese, shred 1 Cup(s) Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup(s) Green onion, slice with tops |
Directions: Place 2 cups of the lettuce in the bottom of a large bowl, sprinkle with
salt, pepper and sugar. Layer eggs atop lettuce in bowl; sprinkle with
more salt. Layer in order; peas, remaining lettuce, bacon and Swiss cheese.
Spread mayonnaise over the top, sealing to the edge of the bowl. Cover and
chill for 24 hours. Garnish with green onion and paprika. Toss before
serving.

Gazpacho salad Bring tomato juice to a boil in small saucepan. Completely dissolve
gelatin in boiling tomato juice. Chill until slightly thickened.
Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. Stir into
gelatin mixture. Pour into individual Potato salad with smoked turkey and artichoke hearts 1. Place the potatoes in a steamer basket, set over boiling water, cover and steam 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender. Cool, peel and slice the potatoes; place in a large bowl.
