1. Beat butter in large bowl of electric mixer at high spee Soft milk chocolate cookies Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line two cookie sheets with lengths
of parchment paper.
Sift together the all-purpose flour, cake flour, cream of tartar and
salt.
Cream the butter and shortening in the large bowl of an electric
mixer on low speed for 5 Diabetic sugarless cookies Blend all ingredients. Roll into balls using about 1 teaspoon of
dough. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with the bottom of a
glass dipped in flour. Bake at 350 degrees until the edges begin to
brown, about 6 minutes.
OPTIONS TO SWEETEN: Be Gewurzplatzchen (spice cookies) Cream butter, shortening, and brown sugar thoroughly. Blend in egg and
molasses. Sift together the remaining ingredients. Stir into sugar
mixture. Shape dough into 3/4-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on
greased baking sheets. Flatten each ball with Chocolate chip cookies Cream marg, shortening, sugars, eggs,corn syrup, water and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, salt; add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie shee No bake cookies Mix well and drop onto cookie sheet to cool. Walnuts or coconut
may be added.

Carrot cake cookies 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line two baking sheets with Silpat baking mats or parchment paper, and set aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine sugars and butter; beat until light and fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes. Add eg Brigitte's mincemeat cookies "Cream shortening.
